Here are some frequently asked questions about travel insurance for Mexico. if your question is not answered below, please feel free to contact us.
Q: How do I get a policy
A: Simply click on the Quote Page
and you will be able to select from a wide assortment of travel
insurance plans. You then click on the travel insurance product and
you will be connected with our insurance supplier's online quote
page where you then enter your age, citizenship, travel dates and
any other relevant travel information. A quote with several
different travel insurance plan and premium alternatives will
appear. You simply click on the plan you want and purchase the
insurance plan with a credit card. The insurance supplier will then
email or in some cased post you a policy. You can also apply offline
by printing and then faxing or mailing us the application.
Q: How do I pay?
A: When you purchase online via our
Quote Page, you will get an online quote and after completing
the application, you will be able to pay with your credit card via
the secure and encrypted server supplied by the insurance supplier.
Q: What do I do if I have to claim?
A: make sure you take your insurance confirmation that you receive
online on your trip. Also please print the travel insurance card via
the link supplied by the insurance supplier after purchase. In the
event of a claim, contact the insurance supplier immediately or as
soon as reasonably possible to coordinate and pre-certify the claim.

travel insurance claim has to be coordinated and approved by the
